Live Composition

Different improvisation tools will serve as guidelines to define and generate bodily, group and spatial structures, transforming in real time to compose. Live layers such as time, rhythm, quality, listening, sound or concept will be added.

Harmonising

We will explore movement through improvisation, body mechanics and composition, starting from how to integrate the mind into the body in the most appropriate way. Harmonising as a concept present in our daily lives in order to dance, live and be, remaining honest with ourselves and engaging in dialogue with a true movement, connecting with our own resources.

ImproLab: Technique

A research workshop that articulates technical training and improvisation as creative tools. The laboratory proposes the study of the moving body through principles of alignment, weight, time and space. We will deepen the creative process and the expansion of bodily language.
