Movement develops from principles of efficiency, intelligent use of gravity, continuity in space, and economy of effort, allowing for a more fluid, safe dance with greater capacity for artistic transformation.

LUCID MOVEMENT.

We find an expression of each participant’s singular movement by articulating tools from contemporary dance and theatre.

Improvisation guidelines help us understand our starting point and deepen the development of an idea in search of a particular universe.

LIVE COMPOSITION.

Composition happens in real time through improvisation tools that transform bodily, group, and spatial structures. The body composes through listening and decision-making.

Time, rhythm, muscle tone, quality, sound, concept, and bodily vocabulary are activated live, keeping the process open and in transformation.
